As expected, they gave the green light... But unexpected, they changed the news from one to two within the past week or so and went ahead with two!!!

1) Announce to public
2) Public outcry
3) Waits reallie long
4) Gives all kind of funny reasons
5) Public lose interest and can't be bothered to complain anymore
6) Makes annoucement to proceed as planned

As with all the other times, eg. banning chewing gum, implementing ERP, etc...
