Juz watched Best Bet with wj and itz definitely a nice show... I kinda like all those local productions talking about common topics in Singapore, cos I can easily relate to them... Kinda farnie too but dun expect to laugh all the way thru...

Wine Appreciation and Western Dining yesterday was reallie good while I think I'd rather do without the cooking class today... Learnt a few things like never marinate meat with salt cos it'll dehydrate the meat and adding egg before frying rice will act help use the egg layer as lubricant for the rice... As for Wine, I suppose I can start my journey towards being a wine connoisseur, first by being a wine con... Haha... (I do wonder how some ppl can say they smell oak in the wine???)
